Why this exists
Apostilles, notarizations, and certified translations in Korea each go through a different government office or authority — the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for apostilles, the National Tax Service (Hometax) for business registration documents, district courts for family register certificates, the National Police Agency for criminal record checks — and the exact requirements depend on which country the document is going to.
Seoul Apostille exists to remove that confusion. We connect you directly with individually licensed Korean administrative agents (행정사) who prepare and submit the paperwork on your behalf, so you don't have to work out which office handles which document.
Seoul Apostille (Reg. No. 215-03-56446) is based in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul. Every agent on the platform is individually licensed — see their credentials on their profile before you book.
Licensed, not anonymous
Every document on this platform is handled by a named, individually licensed administrative agent — not an anonymous back office. Review an agent's license and credentials on their profile before you send anything.
